1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Kibris Deals ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Kibris Deals for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Kibris Deals
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

3.2 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Regular Account: For individual users buying and selling items
• Business Account: For businesses and professional sellers

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Listings and Content

4.1 Listing Guidelines

When creating a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the item or service
• Upload clear, relevant photos of the actual item being sold
• Set a fair and reasonable price
• Only list items that you have the legal right to sell
• Not list prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Not use misleading titles or descriptions
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant Kibris Deals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Contains personal information of third parties without their consent
• Is spam or unsolicited advertising

5. Buyer/Seller Responsibility

All communications and dealings occur directly between users. You agree that:

• You will verify the identity of the other party and the condition of any goods/services before proceeding
• You will exercise caution and use safe common practices when meeting or exchanging items
• You release Kibris Deals from any claims arising from dealings with other users

6. Fees and Pricing

Kibris Deals is free to use for posting listings and browsing content in North Cyprus. If we introduce optional, clearly labeled premium features in the future, users will be notified in advance and fees will be transparent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Kibris Deals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Kibris Deals or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Kibris Deals, even if Kibris Deals or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kibris Deals, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the Platform

12. Modifications to Terms

Kibris Deals may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
